Third Prize at Tech Arena Video Compression Challenge 2025
The team consisting of Lokeshwar Ganesan, Fatima Kozhamkulova, Diwakara Reddy, Dat Thanh Nguyen from the LMS and Florian Fingscheidt from the Leibniz University Hannover won the third prize of the Munich Tech Arena Video Compression Challenge 2025 conducted by Huawei. The competition focused on efficient video compression and over 200 participants from 25 countries took part. The award ceremony was held on November 28, 2025 in Munich.
