Andreas Brendel received for his PhD thesis From Blind to Semi-Blind Acoustic Source Separation based on Independent Component Analysis, which he finished at the LMS under the supervision of Prof. Kellermann, the Best PhD Award of the European Association For Signal Processing (EURASIP). The award ceremony is held at the European Signal Processing Conference (EUSIPCO 2025), which takes place in Palermo (Italy) from Sept. 8-12, 2025.
