Graduation Dat Nguyen
The chair congratulates Mr. Dat Nguyen on successfully passing his doctoral examination to become a Dr.-Ing. on October 24, 2025. In his dissertation entitled “Coding of Multimodal Point Cloud Data”, which has been supervised by Prof. André Kaup, he developed new methods for coding image data that can be represented by point clouds. We wish Mr. Nguyen, who left the chair on July 31, 2025, all the best for his future career.
