The chair congratulates Panqi Jia on successfully passing his doctoral examination on May 12, 2026. His dissertation, entitled “Conditional Color Separation and Variable Rate Coding in Learned Image Compression ,” has been conducted externally and was supervised by Prof. André Kaup. We wish Mr Jia all the best for the future.
